I Personally have Saturday's as one of my hard days because I have a full day of rest Sunday.

10 squat jumps forward and back

10 mountain climbers
50 sec jump rope
10 burpees
50 sec jump rope
10 push ups
REST 1 MIN
REPEAT X3
30 sec plank
25 crunches
30 sec plank
25 bicycles
30 sec plank
25 toe touches
REPEAT 3X
