S a t u r d a y workout


Today's workout was a good one.
I Personally have Saturday's as one of my hard days because I have a full day of rest Sunday. 

15min stair stepper 
20min bike
50sec jump rope 
10 push ups
50 sec jump rope 
10 squat jumps forward and back
(squat jump forward, squat jump back)
50 sec jump rope
10 mountain climbers
50 sec jump rope
10 burpees
50 sec jump rope
10 push ups
REST 1 MIN 
REPEAT X3

30 sec plank
25 crunches
30 sec plank
25 bicycles
30 sec plank
25 toe touches
REPEAT 3X
