Killer Abs


Here is a workout that I have been loving. I'm finally putting my gym pass to good use. This has been a favorite on the days I work Abs. 
Hope you guys enjoy!

Warm up: 10 min stairs
OR
20 min bike.
 
15 toe touches
15 bicycle crunches
10 leg lifts
30 min plank

rest 30 sec. 
Repeat X3
30 min Cardio.
