Killer Abs

Here is a workout that I have been loving. I'm finally putting my gym pass to good use. This has been a favorite on the days I work Abs. 

Hope you guys enjoy!

Warm up: 10 min stairs

OR

20 min bike.

 

15 toe touches

15 bicycle crunches

10 leg lifts

30 min plank

rest 30 sec. 

Repeat X3

30 min Cardio.

Hot Chocolate & Zelda

This winter I have been drinking hot cocoa like the world is ending. 

Playing The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time like it hasn't been out for 15 years.

I have a serious problem that I'm not willing to change.

I miss my books but they are being saved for rainier days.

Well my drink is getting cold and Link is falling asleep :)

Cleaning and Icicles

Today was spend cleaning our bedroom, bathroom, and doing laundry. 

I'm proud to say I got everything done! (well of most the laundry)

I finally got my makeup organized and a desk set up. 

Our bathroom counter is to tiny to hold everything a girl needs!

I had a drawers that sat on the counter and bigger drawers under the sink. 

Everything is now where I want it, easy access and out of the way. 

Its been foggy all this past week.

The hubby took some awesome pictures of the ice on the trees.

I finally gave up on having a tiny wallet.

I was/am still at that point where I pull out crumpled money and hand it to the cashier.
(yes I still use cash)

I've had this wallet, originally a purse, for a year or so i just never used it.
I bought it cause I love the way it looks and it has tons of pockets.

The other weekend my best friend Peanut, (Chelsea is her real name) married her best friend, Mark.

I know life is hard.

Happy Christmas & Merry New Year

This Christmas was perfectly wonderful.
I got to meet my Nephew, see my dogs, and spend time with my family and friends.

Activities went as followed:
1. Temple Square lights along with City Creek food.
 2. Cafe Rio. To feed my addiction.
  3 Late night runs to In-n-out. (Cause the Orem one is only good after midnight.)
   4. Christmas presents given and received.
    5. Cute pictures the the nephew.
     6. Family time spent well.
      7. Sits by the fire place.
       8. The legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
    9. Mario Cart
 10. Golden Eye 007 (slapping only)
               All the good games are on the N64
