Salt Lake City-Seattle-Eugene

We're sitting here watching YouTube videos, playing on the computer and beating my high scores on Angry Birds Rio. Trying not to buy eight cups of tea and the seven new books I found in the book store.
The flight from salt lake to Seattle was about 2 hrs and the flight from Seattle to Eugene is about 45 min. But we are stuck in the airport for the longest layover ever, JK not really I just want to be home already. We did get here about six our next flight leaves at 11...
On the bright side I start work tomorrow and I hear the kids have been asking about me! I think we might get yogurt tomorrow or go mini golfing to celebrate being back in school, which their not but that's okay. We will celebrate anyways!

^^this is little birds forming a big bird..
I thought it was cool ha but you can't really tell what it is.

The Enchanted Forest

The other day we went to The Enchanted Forest.
Well.....It's Enchanted!
The park had one ride meant for adults with out children, and a haunted house. (which got the best of me.)
The one ride we went on was a shooting game. Almost a mix of Harry Potter characters and Lord of the Rings, kinda..sorta..not really. it was weird but fun.
you just rode around and shot the evil monsters and saved the kingdom or something like that ha!
but all in all the day was very fun!

^^ Hubs is very excited!

^^the Witch for Snow White

^^a shooting game
Puppets from around the world. Of course we have the creepy clown on the far left side.

The Coast

this past Sunday we took our friends to see the Oregon coast.
we walked along the beach, talked to kids about how to catch crabs and had a wonderful dinner with the best fish and chips!
On the dock we asked these kids, who just caught crab, what they were going to be doing with the crab. they said "boil them!" no hesitation at all! but hey it's the truth.

"the grass is greener under my wiener" hehe

this crazy school of something.

hope your sunday was amazing!

Saturdays market

And the Scandinavian Festival

For the next week our friends from Utah, Logan and Natasha are visiting us. So the hubs and I decided to show them the real people of Eugene.
Saturdays market is a farmers market on Saturday...duh! "Every Saturday rain or shine." But you will find way more then just fresh wonderful produce. You will find everything from homemade kitty ears to custom tie-dye Oregon Duck shirts. People are playing music and freely dancing.

^^thats a bike on grass inside the sun.

this none organized band, they just show up and rock out.
