The other week I got the chance to go to Oregon for another reception for My Man's friends and family. It was simply Beautiful! His (now my) mom did a wonderful job putting it all together. Lots of people came to see me, well him too but...mostly me.
When I got there i decided to do a Technology fast. Kinda worked.
Not checking facebook,twitter,instagram,blog,pinterest was easy for the first couple days. Then I felt lost. ha Lame I know!
The first day we were their we ate at Hawaiian time. the best Hawaiian food ever! L&L is horrible. Our plan is to steal the recipe and make it for ourselves. Last night My Man got really close It was delicious. For now on he cooks. :)
The next day his sister and her lil boy came into town. Baby was the cutest kid ever! loved when he called me Aunty Ky, adorable. Sis in-law and I got to go shopping at REAL vintage stores. (Not this crap where its vintage from the 90s) REAL smell like your grandma leather, AMAZING 20-30s High waist skirts, LOVELY clear strap heals. (not the SHeaT strippers wear). I loved it.
Getting to have time with her was nice.
The rest of the trip My Man and I drove around looking at the GREEN green everything, sleeping more hours then needed, eating Our Mom's wonderful cooking, and enjoying clean,beautiful rain storms.
